A Post graduate from CMS college Kottayam and an airline professional with 26 years of leadership experience in areas of sales, marketing and call center operations with reputed brands like Cathay Pacific Airways, Srilankan Airlines, Delta Airlines and Air France KLM. Having held leadership positions in various organizations across India, he has exposure to a wide range of business situations, sustaining success, crisis management, transfer of knowledge, project management with strong lateral thinking to tackle cross functional situations. 

With a passion for training, he decided to give back to society the knowledge gained from his professional experience. Apart from conducting guest lectures and motivational sessions he has also been involved with TASK (Telangana academy for skills and knowledge) for training the faculty of engineering on communication skills.       

Rajkumar Nair

Senior Instructor

Rajkumar Nair is an alumnus and the first rank holder of ITATS, 30th Batch and a very well known IATA Trainer in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He is a Post Graduate in Tourism Management Studies and worked with the travel industry since 1990. Highly concentrated on the IATA trainings and has completed International Courses like the IATA Travel and Tourism Foundation and Consultant Course, IATA Air Cargo Management Course, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation Course and besides the IATA Professional Skills for Instructors Course. Having 28 years of experience as an IATA Course Instructor and trained numerous students in these years, was also the Director of Travel Millennium, an IATA Authorised Training Centre in Thiruvananthapuram. He has also conducted classes at various Government and private institutions and colleges over the past 28 years. He joined with ITATS as a Senior Instructor and will give specialised coaching for students and help them to build a career in Airline Industry. He will also assist the students in registering for IATA courses and teach them to write the IATA exams if they are keen on taking IATA Certificates.

He was working with emirates airline Group in Dubai airport  for the last 20-years in customer service department as an in charge for all the team members, a team of 50 staff members in each shift. He had visited almost 20 countries in the world , which includes USA,  UK, GERMANY, ITALY, BRAZIL, SINGAPORE, CHINA, KOREA, THAILAND. AUSTRALIA, SRILANKA, MALDIVES, SEYCHELLES etc.
